Sales Engineer

As part of our sales team you will support our sales representatives with your technical and product expertise to generate new opportunities and demonstrate advanced product features to potential customers.  

 

Your Major Activities

 

  • Develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefit and risk 
  • Facilitating Discovery sessions with customers/prospects in conjunction with field sales force
  • Conduct detailed customer requirements analysis and discovery and create SoWs as a base for the project
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs for highly visible international customers in a variety of markets
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Create and maintain customer facing demonstrations leveraging our products
  • Conduct sales enablement and technical training for partners
  • Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff for product management and development
  • Develop and Maintain a long-term relationship with clientsBe part of our international sales & marketing teams – responsible for the U.S.

 

Our Requirements

 

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent major
  • 5+ years experience in a B2B environment in a Sales Engineer role in information technology or similar field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact with senior executives
  • Exceptional written communication. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of ITyX products and solutions
  • Ability to use professional concepts in developing approaches in the solution of critical problems and broad design issues.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to lower level personnel.
  • Resilience and ability to handle stressful situations effectively while managing several tasks
  • Technical knowledge of current software and Internet standards, as well as a good knowledge of market leading software products
  • Experience in the service/call center environment are a plus
  • Travel to customer sites is 10-20%

Sales Representative

As an ITyX Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business for products and services related to our omnichannel contact center and capture platform. Key activities include target account prospecting, qualifying and driving solution sales using consultative selling directly to end customers and through the ITyX partner community. You will be responsible for creating a consistent and sustainable pipeline of business opportunities and negotiating these deals through the sales cycle to a successful closure. You will also be responsible for effectively knowing, utilizing, leading, and coordinating all resources necessary to grow the company's total revenue.  

 

Your main field of work will be:

 

  • Develop, manage, and report on a sales pipeline
  • Identify opportunities in target markets and strategies develop and to acquire customers
  • Research prospect accounts to identify client pain for point of entry
  • Develop & present compelling business cases to customers, maintain expert-level knowledge of all elements of the business case, including the drivers of cost, benefit and risk 
  • Partner closely with ITyX Engineers/Architects to align the technology architecture to the customer's desired business outcome 
  • Initiate contact through cold call and/or e-mail messaging - succinctly communicate ITyX’ value
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services
  • Attendance in support of ITyX related marketing events

 

Your qualifications should include:

 

  • Proven track record in leading and winning major Sales opportunities Hunter type personality combined with board room presence and presentation skills
  • A minimum of 4 years of successful enterprise software sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Responsive thorough follow-up with customers and prospects
  • Ability to work in a team, as well as in an unstructured environment without well-defined tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Travel to customer sites is 20-30%

Solutions Architect

Due to our ongoing expansion we are looking for Solutions Architect for our US Headquarter in Orlando, Florida.

Job Summary



You will be part of an international agile team, working on high visibility, business critical customer projects in a variety of markets. Your responsibilities include designing, configuring and customizing real time solutions for our global customers utilizing our ITyX AI platform. This position will be very involved with the entire project life cycle.

 

Specifically, you will analyze the technical and operational requirements of a proposed business process, design and implement the configured and/or customized solution that meets the customer’s operational, technical, and business needs for success. Your qualifications should include:

 

  • 6-8 years+ of Java and SQL development experience Strong analytical skills
  • Skills in modelling languages like e.g. UML 2.0 are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • Experience in the service/call center environment are a plus
  • Travel to customer sites is 10-15%

Online & Direct Marketing Manager

Our Online & Direct Marketing Manager is a generalist and „a person of action“. She / He will focus on creating and distributing our contents and marketing messages for the various ITyX landingpages and international websites. And help us to gain visibility by thought leadership in the field of Contact Centers, Back Offices and IT Departments of larger enterprises in the United States. This position would ideally be based out of our US headquarters in Orlando, but for the right candidate an alternate location would be considered.

 

Your Major Activities

 

  • Be part of our international sales & marketing teams – responsible for the U.S.
  • Create, share and deliver leadership content and blog posts with our core strategists
  • Deliver presentations for speaking events such as webinars, trade shows and conferences
  • Maintain vertical-specific presentation materials
  • Create vertical-specific lead management process
  • Use digital sales tools, conduct campaigns and track their effectiveness.
  • Conduct analyst and media briefings
  • Support our local technical Sales, partners, reps to identify and participate in prospect and customer meetings
    Submit Whitepapers and Best Practice Reports for “Call for Papers” sessions
  • Collaborate with marketing communications in our German headquarters regarding product positioning and solution information for US and Latam:
    articles and public relations materials as approved by our headquarter
  • Build relationships with US key players in industry and nmedia relations

 

Our Requirements

 

  • Substantial knowledge and understanding of Digital Change, Customer Experience Management, Business Process Automation and Mobile Engagement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business, Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience creating and giving presentations
  • At least 1 year experience with digital marketing
  • Understanding of Contact Center, IP Telephony & Business Process Automation technologies as well as the Retail and Manufacturing industries
  • Excellent communication skills and writing skills
  • Detail oriented with strong research skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, written and presentation
  • Possesses demonstrated leadership qualities and self-sufficiency
  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team to meet critical deadlines

 

Your Work Context

 

  • 50 % Online Marketing Distribution and Social Media Management: communication and story telling with media and industry experts is core of your business
  • 25 % Sales Support: maintaining presentations, abstracts, whitepapers and newsletters as well as event management
  • 25 % Lead Management Building: create Lead Management expertise and success, collaborate wirth external partners, present ITyX vision and solutions to customers, prospects and partners
